Welcome to the 3I/ATLAS Solar System Tracker ("Service", "we", "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 3I/ATLAS Solar System Tracker at https://atlas-track.space, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The 3I/ATLAS Solar System Tracker is a free, web-based interactive 3D visualization tool that displays:

• Real-time position of interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS (C/2025 N1)
• Positions of planets in our solar system
• Asteroid belt, Kuiper belt, and Oort cloud visualizations
• Educational astronomical information

The Service uses real-time data from NASA's JPL Horizons API to provide accurate orbital information.

3. Use of Service

3.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.

3.2 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service to:

• Track the position of 3I/ATLAS and other celestial bodies

The Service, including all code, design, graphics, text, and features, is owned by the 3I/ATLAS Tracker project and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4.2 Third-Party Content

• NASA Data: Orbital data is provided by NASA's JPL Horizons API and is in the public domain
• Three.js: Used under the MIT License
• QRCode.js: Used under the MIT License

4.3 User Attribution

If you share screenshots or data from the Service, we appreciate (but do not require) attribution such as: "Source: 3I/ATLAS Tracker (atlas-track.space)"

5. Accuracy and Availability

5.1 Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate astronomical data using NASA's JPL Horizons API, we make no guarantees about:

• The absolute accuracy of orbital positions
• The availability of real-time data
• The precision of visualizations

5.2 Service Availability

We provide the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be available 24/7 without interruption
• All features will function perfectly at all times
• The Service will be free from errors or bugs
• NASA's API will always be accessible

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

6. Donations

We accept voluntary cryptocurrency donations to support the Service. Please note:

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable
• Donations do not grant any special rights or privileges
• We are not responsible for incorrect cryptocurrency addresses or lost transactions
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• We do not provide tax receipts for donations

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
